Update- February 2

We received this update the day before court!

“Fekadu was a happy boy today, his arms very actively trying to grab things above his head hanging from a mobile, his legs kicking fiercely with excitement. He seems to be a pretty happy little fellow overall. He seemed to find the humor in his pulling his bib up over his face. Every time I pulled off his face, he smiled and gave a slight chuckle. What a handsome little guy!”

The shirt he is wearing is from the care package we sent in January. It feels so good to see him wearing it. Yes, my son, we WILL see you later, sooner than later.

I can not wait to hold him in my arms. 34 days but who's counting?
