shortly after we came home
just a few days ago - I can't believe how much he has changed!
Today, we have been together 3 months as a family of five.
It has been amazing and it has been hard.
Jude has hit so many milestones in the last three months that at times I have struggled to keep up with him. Slowly we have started to figure one another out. Sleeping is still one of our big issues but it is getting better. His newest accomplishment is crawling and he is really enjoying it.
Attachment is coming. We are by no means securely attached but great strides have been made and for that we are very grateful.
The big kids love Jude so much and they have so graciously changed their roles in our family to include Jude. It has been absolutely incredible to see.
So we are doing well. We are all still adjusting to this new life as a family of five but we so wouldn't have it any other way.

Congrats on 3 months! Glad the adjustment and attachment are going well. What a blessing to Jude to grow up with gracious and giving siblings.
It was such a huge blessing to us to get to meet Jude (and you too of course!) while we were visiting! His sweet smile and snuggles made the waiting that much easier for me! Such a big encouragement...thanks for sharing him with me for just a minute!!!
